Do you want yourself or your child to do well and enjoy Math this year? A remote Math tutor to check in with once or twice per week can help you make that a reality!
I am a certified Math Teacher and I have experience teaching Math to students in Grades 3-12 in Massachusetts and now in Hawaii. I have experience both as an in-person teacher for several years and then as a remote Math teacher since the pandemic.
I have taught Grades 3-8 using several curriculums including Singapore Math, GoMath, and EnVision.
Maybe you want your child to experience Math competitions or maybe they want to try it? Sometimes this can be a great path for a student! I offer AMC 8 and Kangaroo Math Test Prep.
For students in Grades 9-12, I help them to master the Math class they are currently in: Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calc, or AP Pre-Calc.
Need some help to prepare for the Math in one of these tests: SAT, ACT, PSAT, ASVAB, or AP? No problem. Math stress and worrying will cause your performance on standardized tests to be worse. I have had success helping students build their confidence! So let's come up with a plan and I can follow-up with you weekly to make sure you're on track!
