I helped a student prepare for the Math SAT in June and I noticed certain things about the Math SAT test. There's a variety of questions that are not hard but they do require reviewing and studying.

Two equations with two unknowns are popular in the Math SAT. There will be a couple questions on Trig in the SAT: the sine of an angle equals the cosine of its complement is a common theorem tested. Know the basics of exponential functions and probability and how to rearrange literal equations. Know percents and the equation of a circle.

I am running a Summer Special of $40 per hour to help a student review the many topics that need to be dusted off and reviewed prior to the test. My SAT Math Tutoring Prep Sessions will make a difference in a student's score and will help them to go into the test with more confidence!

Here's a video of Mr. G teaching how to solve a previous Math SAT question:

I'm also teaching a class on July 19 on Outschool for Math SAT prep.
